Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

All orders will be processed within max. 2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from receipt of order. Please note that processing times may vary due to high order volumes.

2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time

We ship orders using DHL, DPD and UPS. Delivery times range from a few days to a maximum of one week. Please note that delivery times may vary if there is a high volume of orders before Christmas.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping restrictions

We currently only ship to the following countries: DE, EU, CH, USA, CAN

5. Shipment Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

For damaged or lost items, please contact us at shop@rednomads.com - For damage, your item must be photographed as received, with tags and in its original packaging. Please include these photographs with your email.

7. Customs and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
